It doesn't matter if you are running your first event or your hundredth event, Best Coast Pairings Tournament Organizer makes your event run smoother and faster, giving you more time to focus on your attendees. Registering attendees to your event becomes effortless and smooth, no more paper sign ups or hand written names. Attendees sign up for your event via the Tournament Organizer App or through a custom web page generated by BCP for your event. Best Coast Pairings will even provide the tools to sell tickets to your event with proceeds going right into the account of your choice.

Pairing Slips and Rosters taped to the wall are a thing of the past!
Players’ pairings, results, and placings are posted on the web or in the Best Coast Pairings Player App giving unparalleled visibility. Once you start the event players can view their pairings, find their table and get to playing right away. Push notifications and a built in round timer let attendees know the round is live and the time remaining. When the round is completed players can enter scores via the Player App or the TO App quickly and accurately removing or lessening the need for a dedicated score keeper. When all the scores are in, all the TO has to do is tap to start the next round!
